Founder's Associate Intern

Your mission

Work directly with our founders on high-impact projects across strategy, sales, operations, and growth. You will help solve critical business problems, drive execution, and contribute to building one of Europe’s most ambitious energy companies. This is not a passive internship. We are looking for someone with exceptional drive, strong judgement, and a high work ethic - someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership early.

Your tasks:

Own projects across strategy, sales, operations and growth from analysis to execution.
Support the development of internal tools, processes, and platform solutions that help us scale.
Track regulatory developments, market opportunities, and funding mechanisms, and turn them into clear recommendations.
Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision materials for key company priorities.
Help drive new partnerships, market initiatives, and other growth projects.

Your profile

You are studying or have recently completed a degree in any subject, with strong academic performance.
You are highly driven, analytical, structured, and hands-on.
You are curious about energy, startups, business models, and building companies.
You communicate clearly and professionally in German and English.
First experience in a fast-paced environment such as startup, consulting, VC, finance, or energy is a strong plus.
