(Senior) Account Executive

Your mission

You will own critical commercial goals in one of Europe’s most exciting growth markets. In this role, you combine technical curiosity with strong commercial excellence: you understand our solutions in depth, communicate their value with clarity, and lead sophisticated sales processes with senior decision-makers. Working closely with our Operations team, you turn qualified opportunities into closed deals and long-term customer relationships.

Your responsibilities:
  • Own your pipeline end-to-end and take full responsibility for revenue and business area targets.
  • Lead complex B2B sales processes with managing directors and other senior stakeholders in a credible, structured, and highly effective way.
  • Understand technical and commercial customer requirements and translate them into compelling, tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our Operations team on the technical design of customer systems and thrive at the interface of sales, engineering, and execution.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell potential early and build lasting customer relationships with a long-term perspective.

Your profile

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a comparable client-facing commercial role, ideally in energy or another demanding, fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • You hold a university degree, at least at Bachelor’s level.
  • You combine commercial instinct with curiosity for technical solutions and move comfortably between customer needs, business value, and execution.
  • You are a strong personality with confident presence, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with senior decision-makers. You combine ambition, reliability, and high standards with the focus and discipline to deliver results.
  • You are fluent in German.
