Your mission
You will own critical commercial goals in one of Europe’s most exciting growth markets. In this role, you combine technical curiosity with strong commercial excellence: you understand our solutions in depth, communicate their value with clarity, and lead sophisticated sales processes with senior decision-makers. Working closely with our Operations team, you turn qualified opportunities into closed deals and long-term customer relationships.
Your responsibilities:- Own your pipeline end-to-end and take full responsibility for revenue and business area targets.
- Lead complex B2B sales processes with managing directors and other senior stakeholders in a credible, structured, and highly effective way.
- Understand technical and commercial customer requirements and translate them into compelling, tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our Operations team on the technical design of customer systems and thrive at the interface of sales, engineering, and execution.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell potential early and build lasting customer relationships with a long-term perspective.
